Terms of Service

Effective Date: 01/22/2025

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all transportation services provided under the FlightLane™ brand, including services delivered as FlightLane Black, operated by Endeavoris Transportation LLC, a licensed charter‑party carrier under CPUC TCP 49365‑P (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking, paying for, or using our services, the Client (“you”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not book or use FlightLane Black services.


1. NATURE OF SERVICE

1.1 Pre‑Arranged Transportation Only

FlightLane Black operates as a service line under the FlightLane™ brand and functions exclusively as a pre‑arranged transportation service under CPUC authority. All trips must be booked in advance. We do not provide taxi, street‑hail, curb‑negotiated, or on‑demand TNC‑style services.

1.2 No Common Carrier Status

The Company is not a common carrier. We reserve the right to refuse service consistent with applicable law and Company policy.

1.3 Service Area

We operate throughout Los Angeles County and surrounding regions, including LAX, VNY, BUR, LGB, SNA, and private FBOs.


2. BOOKINGS & RESERVATIONS

2.1 Reservation Requirements

Reservations are confirmed only when:

  • all required trip details are provided,
  • a valid payment method is on file,
  • and you receive a confirmation from the Company.

2.2 Client Responsibility for Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including pickup time, passenger names, flight numbers, contact details, and special instructions.

2.3 Modifications

Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

2.4 Chauffeur Contact

For safety and operational integrity, chauffeur contact information may be provided shortly before pickup. Direct communication must remain professional and trip‑related.


3. RATES, FEES & PAYMENT

3.1 Pricing Structure

Rates may be based on point‑to‑point fares, hourly minimums, vehicle type, service area, or peak‑demand pricing. Hourly charters follow the Company’s Hourly Charter Rules.

3.2 Additional Charges

Additional charges may include:

  • wait‑time,
  • tolls,
  • parking,
  • airport fees,
  • fuel surcharges,
  • cleaning fees,
  • overtime,
  • excess mileage.

3.3 Payment Terms

A valid payment method is required. The Company



FlightLane™ is the parent brand of FlightLane Black, operated by Endeavoris Transportation LLC.
