FlightLane Black (“Company,” “we,” “our”) provides premium, pre‑arranged executive transportation throughout Los Angeles County and select surrounding regions. This Service Area page outlines the primary corridors, airports, and zones we operate in.


1. PRIMARY SERVICE AREA

Our core operating region includes the following Los Angeles corridors:

  • Pasadena & San Gabriel Valley
  • Downtown Los Angeles
  • Hollywood & Cahuenga Pass
  • West Hollywood & Fairfax District
  • Beverly Hills & Century City
  • Westwood & Brentwood
  • Santa Monica & Pacific Palisades
  • Studio City, Sherman Oaks & Encino
  • Glendale & Burbank

These corridors represent our fastest response times and most consistent availability.


2. AIRPORTS & FBOs SERVED

We provide service to the following commercial airports:

  • LAX — Los Angeles International Airport
  • Burbank (BUR) — Hollywood Burbank Airport
  • Long Beach (LGB)
  • Ontario (ONT) — with advance notice
  • Orange County (SNA) — with advance notice

We also serve major FBOs, including:

  • Van Nuys (VNY) — Signature, Clay Lacy, Jet Aviation, Castle & Cooke
  • Burbank (BUR) — Atlantic, Million Air
  • Long Beach (LGB) — Signature
  • Santa Monica (SMO) — Atlantic

3. EXTENDED SERVICE AREA

Extended service is available with advance notice for:

  • Malibu
  • Calabasas & Hidden Hills
  • Orange County (Newport, Irvine, Costa Mesa)
  • Ventura County (Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village)
  • San Bernardino & Riverside County (select areas)

Extended service may include additional mileage or travel‑time charges.


4. OUT‑OF‑AREA REQUESTS

Requests outside the regions listed above may be accepted on a case‑by‑case basis depending on:

  • distance,
  • availability,
  • time of day,
  • service type,
  • operational feasibility.

Additional fees may apply.


5. HOURLY CHARTERS OUTSIDE PRIMARY ZONES

Hourly charters outside the primary service area may require:

  • higher minimum hours,
  • additional mileage billing,
  • travel‑time charges to and from the pickup location.

6. TRAFFIC, WEATHER & ACCESS LIMITATIONS

Service availability may be affected by:

  • road closures,
  • severe weather,
  • major events,
  • airport/FBO restrictions,
  • law enforcement activity.

We will communicate any limitations as early as possible.


7. ACCEPTANCE OF THIS POLICY

By booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Service Area Policy.
